Kim is a UK-based Director, Choreographer, and Movement & Intimacy Specialist. Kim has worked extensively across theatre—including musical theatre, adaptations, new writing, and reimagined classics—contributing as a director, assistant director, movement director, and choreographer.
Credits include productions for Trafalgar Entertainment, Sheffield Theatres, Birmingham Hippodrome, Upstairs at the Gatehouse and NT Connections,
Directing and choreography work spans musical theatre, devised pieces, opera, and classical plays, contributing to productions that require physical storytelling, ensemble collaboration, and narrative clarity, whilst fostering courageous spaces in inclusive rehearsal environments.
Kim Wright's movement...where the ensemble all move as one, to fill enlarge smaller moments, are some of the most visually pleasing, as gentle choreography
makes the music even more prominent.
